Therapeutic MEDIUM READINGS
Connect with those on the other side to receive clarity and new insight to any situation. Receive messages from your loved ones to assist you moving forward in life. Perhaps you have an unfinished story or lost communication with someone before they passed, Sara provides resolution in a way that can be therapeutic in many ways.
With Sara's mediumship readings, healing and or therapy could be incorporated. One form could be Trance Healing which is a form of Mediumship. Mediumship is the ability to connect to the spirit world, like Spirit Guides and Helpers. Trance Healing is a very powerful method of spiritual healing, because the healing energy comes directly from Spirit. The medium/healer has a passive role during the Trance Healing process. In Trance Healing, the healer enters into a theta or delta brainwave state which allows the healing energy to pass through the healer directly. In this process the energy fields of the Medium and their Spirit Guides will blend, and become as one. The healing energy is transferred from spirit through the aura of the medium to the client. The difference between trance healing and other healing modalities is the state of consciousness of the healer. The other form could be a sense of receiving a therapy session from the messages you receive from your loved ones or your guides. Their guidance, love and support from the other side can give you a sense of relief through anything you may be going through at the time of the reading. ACCESS BARS®

Ever wonder about your own unique communication with your body? How is yours different than others and their communication with their body? Do others hear their body's voice way more clearly than you hear yours? What has your body been telling you that you are not willing to hear?
Come explore new ways to "hear" your body, release what is no longer serving you, become more aware of you with your body and create change in your life!
How does it work?
Choose a program for you and your body. You will receive a Body's Voice Energy Cards Deck ($40 Value). Sessions are via Zoom. You will learn and explore a new way to communicate, receive information and awarenesses that is unique to you and your body to have a stronger, clearer channel with each other. Sara will guide you and show you ways to use the Deck as a tool to use while you develop and strengthen the communication with your body.
1 month (2 - 30min sessions a week for 4 weeks) $400 ($100 in savings)
2 months (2 - 30min sessions a week for 8 weeks) $650 ($150 in savings)
3 months (2 - 30min sessions a week for 12 weeks) $1000 ($200 in savings)
Rescheduling Policy: please notify prior to 48 hours of your appointment time if unable to attend a session, otherwise that appointment will be counted as one of your sessions.
